Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

The Project
A Vision of Modern Coastal Living
Located in Vouliagmeni, ThaliaHouse reinterprets contemporary coastal living with a collection of fluid, modern apartments that smoothly integrate technical advances and artistic vision. This ambitious architectural concept pushes the limits of construction and engineering, resulting in skillfully crafted interior spaces that naturally blend with the surrounding beachside landscape.
The rear facade, designed with minimalist modernist principles, transitions towards the sea-facing front with bold stepped terraces. These terraces alternate in shape and solidity, supported by slim vertical and angled columns that allow natural light to flow freely beneath the building. Sharp geometric edges are softened by flowing curves across the wooden decks, creating a striking interplay of forms. From above, the design reveals its intricacy, with overlapping and interlocking layers reducing the building’s visual mass. Glass-fronted swimming pools further complement the structure’s fluidity and showcase the project’s technical sophistication.
The building houses three unique residences: a ground-floor duplex with garden access, a second-floor duplex arranged on a scissor plan, and a penthouse duplex featuring a cantilevered brise soleil. Each home boasts a distinct character, thanks to the complex spatial layouts crafted within the building’s shell.
Thalia House incorporates cutting-edge sustainable technologies, offering fully integrated SMART systems for efficient climate control. Triple-glazed windows, advanced insulation, under-floor heating, and heat pumps ensure low energy consumption while maintaining comfort. This commitment to sustainability sheds light to the project’s forward-thinking approach presenting a distinctive approach to modern, energy-efficient living.
