Meropi: Coastal Elegance and Modern Living in Glyfada

Meropis is a four-residence apartment complex nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Glyfada. One of our first designs, this exemplifies a refined approach to modern living, harmonizing architectural elegance with the beauty of its coastal setting. The building’s design blends thoughtful materials and sculptural forms, with façades that contrast and complement its surroundings. The layout opens generously to the south and west, maximizing natural light and offering expansive views of the coastline.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terrace areas, some featuring suspended swimming pools, create a seamless connection to the surrounding natural beauty. This immersive design invites nature inside, enhancing the residents’ experience of living by the sea.

A distinctive front gate portico, crafted from black marble, wood, and glass, welcomes guests through a graceful arcade to the main entrance. Inside, the entryway is defined by black marble accents, a flourishing green wall, and a sleek dark wood screen overhead, setting the tone for the refined aesthetic that flows throughout the building. Rich wooden tones continue within, adorning both the perimeter and the ground-floor decking. Slated covers above each terrace offer shade and privacy while adding texture and warmth to the design.

The ground floor features a spacious maisonette with a double-height loft and private gardens, while three carefully designed apartments occupy the upper levels. Meropis stands as an enduring representation of our early work, where architectural sophistication and coastal beauty come together to create a unique living experience.
