Tsolka Architects is a creative architecture and construction practice based in Vouliagmeni, Athens.

Founded in 1988 by Nikos Tsolkas, the practice initially focused on residential real estate development in the wider Athens area. Early on, our attention shifted naturally toward the southern suburbs and the Athenian coastline—an area with exceptional qualities and untapped potential. Since 1995, we have been deeply immersed in this niche market, anticipating trends and pioneering environmentally efficient construction methods that generate long-term value for both clients and the wider community.

In 2015, Marialena Tsolka established the architectural practice as it operates today, continuing the family’s vertically integrated approach with in-house design and decades of practical experience. Over time, we have built a distinctive portfolio that spans a wide range of scales and programmatic needs.
