A simple, yet beautifully composed arrangement of material and form, Meropis is a four-residence apartment complex at Glyfada. Arranged around contrasting facades that dictate the building’s relationship with the site, the architectural envelope opens fully across the south and westerly orientations to ensure maximize exposure to the light and the extensive views of the coastline. Full height windows and generous terrace areas with suspended swimming pools create a complete affinity with the natural beauty of the surroundings.

A front gate portico composed of black marble, wood and glass, leads via an arcade to the main entrance, with further black marble, a flourishing green wall to one side and a dark wood screen above. Similar wooden tones are continuing around the inside of the perimeter and across the ground floor decking, and within the slatted covers above each terrace, provided shade and privacy. The building is arranged as a ground floor maisonette with double-height loft space, gardens and pool area, with three apartments on the floors above.
